Delete your DriveMetric data
This page explains how to request deletion of DriveMetric account-related data where applicable and what local device data may remain.
1. Delete local data on your device
DriveMetric trip and preference data may be stored locally on your Android device. You can remove local device-level data by clearing app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.
2. Request deletion by email
If you need manual help or want support with account-related or server-side data deletion where applicable, email info@cyatal.com.
Include the following details in your request:
- The email address associated with your support request or account, if any
- A short request asking for DriveMetric data deletion
- Optional device or app details if you cannot access the app
What deletion covers
Deletion requests are intended to remove DriveMetric account-related or server-side data where applicable.
If trip data is stored locally on your device, you may also need to uninstall the app or clear local app storage to remove that device-level data completely.
Important note
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
