Delete your DayDots account
This page explains how to delete your DayDots account and what to do if you cannot access the app directly.
1. Delete your account in the app
If you can still access DayDots, use the account or settings section inside the app to start the account deletion flow. This is the fastest way to remove your account when the in-app option is available.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, need manual help, or want support with account deletion, email info@cyatal.com.
Include the following details in your request:
- The Google sign-in email or account email used in DayDots
- A short request asking for account deletion
- Optional device or app details if you cannot access the app
What deletion covers
Deletion requests are intended to remove the DayDots account and associated server-side data where applicable.
If planning data is still stored locally on your device, you may also need to uninstall the app or clear local app storage to remove that device-level data completely.

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
