Delete Cyatal Clock data
Cyatal Clock does not currently require an account. This page explains how to remove local app data and how to contact Cyatal for data-related support.
Account status
Cyatal Clock does not currently require users to create an account. Clock preferences, widget style settings, and screensaver settings are intended to be stored locally on the user's device.
Remove local data on your device
You can remove local Cyatal Clock data by clearing app storage in Android settings, deleting the app from iOS, or uninstalling the app from the device.
On Android, clearing app storage may remove clock preferences, widget style sync values, and other local settings. On iOS, deleting the app may remove app-local settings, while platform backups may follow the user's device and iCloud settings.
Request deletion support by email
If you contacted Cyatal for support or believe Cyatal has data related to your Cyatal Clock use, email info@cyatal.com.
Include the following details in your request:
- The email address used in the support conversation, if any
- A short request asking for Cyatal Clock data deletion
- Your platform: Android, iOS, or both
- Optional device or app details if you need troubleshooting help
What deletion covers
Deletion requests are intended to remove support-related or server-side data associated with Cyatal Clock where applicable. Advertising providers and app stores may manage their own identifiers, consent records, diagnostics, and purchase or listing data under their own policies.

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute-resolution, or operational reasons.
